Complaints committee ensures that strict actions are to be taken if anyone found guilty. Thus, it helps in maintaining discipline.

To document the complaint is very important when it comes to sexual harassment. To file the complaint must be the first step in ensuring that the accused person does not run away and the victim gets the justice. The second important step is to keep the evidence, given, if that is available. To document the complaint is of course the first step and is a very crucial one. Employee screening ensures that the address of the person mentioned in his or her data is verified so that legal steps can be taken.
